history: Rosalie was born to middle class parents in 1915 in Rochester, New York. She was always prized for her beauty and was alright in that fact. When Rosalie was 18 she was engaged to Royce King III with whom she thought she would spend her life. One night while intoxicated Royce and his friends beat and presumably raped Rosalie and left her to die. She was found by Carlisle who thought her beauty was too much to waste and he changed her. Rosalie got revenge on her attackers killing them one by one. She was resentful at first of what she had become and held a grudge against Carlisle and his family. She found Emmett who reminded her of her friend Vera's child. Emmett had been badly mauled by a bear and she carried him hundreds of miles to Carlisle who changed him. She eventually married Emmett and found her partial happiness.

Long blonde tresses whipped around the corner of a large clearing. Rosalie was adept at hunting now, she did it with a grace that was befitting of a sophisticated lady. The mountain lion pounced but was lightyears too late as Rosalie let her shining teeth cut through it's skin into the vein full of warm blood. The creature was lucky to have died by the hand of someone so stunning as herself. Rosalie drank her fill and never spilled a drop on her fine pale purple blouse. As she stood she was disgusted by what she saw. This was her life, she had become a mere vulture, feeding off the dead carcases of animals. But she heard a familiar deep booming voice and sprinted off toward home. It was when she got to the stream that she saw what made her less angry about the monster she was. She looked down and saw a magnificent greek statue, moving as she moved. "How delightful" she thought to herself.
