Appearance: Kyle's body physique is pretty average, nothing that makes him stand out particularily. However, his face is another story. His jaw is squarely cut,his cheekbones high and sharp. His eyes are a mixed shade of blue and green, shifting colors depending on his mood. Somehow, his eyes always seem slightly sad. He usually smiles with his lips together...a faint smile. A brush of light coffee, nearly wet sand colored, hair sits ontop of his head--what you may call dirty blonde. There's a tough aura about Kyle...just some feeling people get when they see him. He seems slightly inapproachable.
Character BioAbilities: Kyle has the ability of experiencing the history of an article of clothing. He can see and feel the story of where that piece of clothing has been, whom it has touched, and the emotion of the owner of that piece of clothing when it was worn.
Personality: He mostly keeps to himself. Due to his past, he often times feels slightly insecure and untrustful. However, he usually never lets it show. He's funny and seems quite relaxed once one gets to know him. It's only at certain times, that one can see his hidden doubt and uncertainty. He's a mentally strong man, having to be very independent at a young age.
History: Kyle was a child born of rape. His mother, Olivia had just finished shopping one evening when she had been dragged into the alley, mugged, and raped. A few weeks later, she became pregnant with Kyle. All the while, she never told his father, Elliot (who is a vampire) that she had been raped. She was too ashamed and she thought that he would never find out. But despite that, everything seemed perfect. Up until Kyle was 2, his loving family seemed normal-just like any other family. Even if his father was an alcoholic. Elliot still took care of his family decently well. One day in August, everything went wrong. Somehow, Elliot found out that Kyle was not his child. He confronted Olivia about it and was enraged when she confessed that Kyle truly had another biological father. Unfortunately, he had also been drinking that night. Even after Olivia told him that she had been raped and had not had the heart to abort the child, he refused to believe her, accusing her of having an affair. In a whirl of rage and misunderstanding, he beat his wife to death. After realizing what he had done once he got sober, he was horrified. He put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger, unable to live with the fact of killing his own wife. Kyle had been at the babysitter's that night and when she brought him back home in the morning, she found the two dead bodies side by side in the kitchen.
From then on, Kyle was an orphan. He was passed through various foster families, never one that was suitable for him. It was not until he met Avalon at the age of 5 that he became truly happy. Avalon was the best father. He bought Kyle presents, sent him to school, caused him to fall in love with hot wheels cars [
], and showered him with love--everything a dad was supposed to be. Avalon raised Kyle like his own son up until the age of 16, when he passed away. By then, Kyle had been told the story of his parents and had grown up into a man. As soon as he turned 17, he moved to Forks, searching for a lady Avalon had once spoken fondly about but failed in finding her.
It was in Forks that Kyle started his new life.
